Frequently asked questions
Are imported images stored on the server?
Your files are processed in your browser. One recent project is automatically saved on your device. We do not provide server-side file storage. See the Privacy Policy for access log handling.
My project disappeared after reloading.
Choose Restore if a previous-project prompt appears. Projects do not transfer between browsers or devices. Private mode, blocked storage, deleted site data, or replacing a project may prevent recovery.
My download won't start.
Try the Download Again link after conversion. Check browser download permissions and available storage. If ZIP export fails, save files individually.
How do I delete autosaved work?
Select Save status → Delete saved project in the editor. Autosave pauses until you choose Save now. Downloaded files must be deleted separately.
Can I use the result commercially?
Even for results you create, check the licenses of photos, characters, trademarks, fonts, and other assets. Editing something with HanCutTool does not remove the original rights restrictions.
