These terms explain the scope of our service and the rules for using HanCutTool.

Service scope and availability
HanCutTool provides in-browser image editing, PDF/image conversion, QR code creation, audio recording/editing, GIF conversion, batch file renaming, and photo metadata removal. We currently offer no account registration, paid checkout, or server-side file storage.
Use of the hosting service is subject to that provider's separate terms.
Rights to input files and outputs
The respective rightsholders retain rights to images, documents, audio, video, and text supplied by users. HanCutTool does not acquire ownership of originals or outputs simply because you use the service.
You must obtain necessary permissions before using others' photos, music, videos, characters, trademarks, or likenesses. Editing content does not remove existing rights or license conditions.
Browser storage and file retention
The image editor automatically saves one recent project in the current browser. It may become unrecoverable after replacement or deletion of site data. Private browsing, low storage, or browser settings may limit autosave.
Download and store important results yourself. Browser-saved projects are not backed up on our servers or synced across devices.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to infringe others' copyrights, image rights, privacy, or other rights.
- Do not create or distribute unlawful content or impersonate another person.
- Do not disrupt the service or bypass access restrictions without authorization.
Service changes and output verification
Editing and export results vary by browser, device, and file format. Verify downloaded results and the requirements of your intended platform.
The service relies on hosting and may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or provider restrictions. Website availability is separate from email response times; 24-hour live support is not provided.
We may modify or maintain the service to correct errors or improve features. Material changes, including closure, will be announced on the website once confirmed.
Liability and disputes
The responsibilities of users and the operator are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intentional acts or gross negligence or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Report service problems through the contact page. Disputes are handled under applicable law and jurisdiction rules of civil procedure.
Changes to these terms and inquiries
Material changes to these terms will be announced with their effective date before taking effect. Changes disadvantageous to users will follow legally required notice procedures.
