Why can't I convert an entire long video?

The tool supports clips up to 10 seconds or 60 frames per conversion. Longer clips are slower and produce large files, so focus on the key moment.

Why doesn't my GIF have sound?

GIF is an image animation format and contains no audio. Use a video format if sound is required.

How do I make a smaller GIF?

Shorten the clip, set width to 320 pixels, and FPS to 5. Motion may look less smooth, so inspect the preview.

My MP4 or MOV file won't play.

Video files with the same extension may use different codecs. Convert the file to MP4 (H.264) or WebM and retry. The maximum file size is 150 MB.
